Your use of this website is subject to the following Terms and Conditions , which you are deemed to accept each time you use the website. Please read this page carefully. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you may not use the LBS e-Recruitment Web Site. Upon your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, they are binding upon you.
LBS e-Recruitment may revise the Terms and Conditions immediately upon notice to you. Your access to the Web Site and its services will be terminated upon your notice to the web site operators that any change is unacceptable otherwise your continued use will constitute your acceptance of all changes and they will be binding upon you.
The use of e-Recruitment and its services is a privilege. LBS e-recruitment Corp reserves the right to suspend that privilege on an individual basis for any reason at any time, in its sole discretion. Liability
All users agree to indemnify, and hold harmless LBS e-Recruitment, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, actions, demands, losses or damages arising from or resulting from their use of e-Recruitment’s Web Sites or their breach of the terms of this Agreement. LBS e-Recruitment Corp. shall provide prompt notice of any such claim, suit or proceeding to the relevant user.
Limitation of Liability
Without prejudice to the above, the aggregate liability by the e-Recruitment to any user for all claims arising from their use of the LBS e-Recruitment's services and the Web Site shall be limited to the amount of the existing package fee subscribed to and paid for by the user (if any) and operative at that time.
IN NO EVENT SHALL LBS E-Recruitment CORP., OR ANY THIRD PARTIES MENTIONED ON THE WEB SITE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOST DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEB SITE AND THE MATERIAL, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WWW.E-RECRUIT.COM.PH IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

This involves us, amongst other things, processing and storing information (including, without limitation, sensitive personal data) and passing or making available online such information to prospective employers and clients, information about vacancies and placements will be passed to candidates and may be posted directly onto the website. We use third parties to help us process your information as part of the recruitment process. We may collect and aggregate data from the information supplied by you to help us to understand our users as a group so that we can provide you with a better service. Each employment assignment or placement arising as a result of an introduction made by e-Recruitment will be subject to our standard Terms of Business as they are applicable in the circumstances. All prospective employers and clients for whom we arrange assignments or placements will be provided with a copy of the Terms of Business applicable to them at or following registration. Separate terms and conditions also apply to the use of our e-recruitment site.
5. Copyright, Trademarks, etc.
The graphics, images, articles, contents and HTML on all the LBS e-Recruitment’s Web Site are the intellectual property of the LBS e-Business, as the creator and developer of e-Recruitment sites and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and may not be downloaded or otherwise duplicated without the express written permission of the LBS e-Recruitment. Re-use of any of the foregoing is strictly prohibited and LBS e-Recruitment reserves all the rights.
