LBS E-RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS CORPORATION understands and values the privacy of all its users. We ensure that any data you provide to us is processed with due care and attention.

Personal Information Collection

LBS e-Recruitment collects personal data about you to help in the recruitment process. This data consists of information such as your name, address, e-mail address, work and education history and your responses to and the results of assessments administered through the site, plus your nationality, which we are required to collect by law. We also collect information in the aggregate to provide us with a better understanding of the users of our website as a group, but which does not contain personally identifiable information.

We would not even present your details without your permission. When posting jobs and resumes, our users decide for them-selves how much contact information they wish to display. (We enable private communication for those who choose to hide this information.) It is however assumed that the details that had submitted would be made available to any affecting parties like the job hunters and the employers.

All users should be aware, however, that when they voluntarily display or distribute personal information (such as their email address), that information could be collected and used by others. This may result in unsolicited messages from third parties, for which LBS E-recruitment Corp. is not responsible.

Access

Employers and Jobseekers are entitled to access to their own personal data (subject to prior confirmation of identity) kept with LBS e-Recruitment and may edit or amend such personal data at any time via the Agencies, Employers and Jobseeker sections of the web site.

Retention of Personal Details

Subject to legal requirements, the personal data of the Recruitment Agencies, Employers and Job Hunters will be retained by LBS e-Recruitment after deactivation of the Service until the said parties formally request LBS e-Recruitment to erase their own personal data from LBS e-Recruitment's database.

Also the said parties can delete their own personal data at any time via the Agencies and Jobseeker sections of our website.
